House rule

The apartment is non-smoking! Please smoke only in the designated area, in the common yard of the building, or on the street, 5 meters from the entrance.

The courtyard of the building is a shared area, please do not leave personal belongings outside. In the apartment and condominium, please refrain from all behaviors and activities that disturb the peace of others.

For stays longer than one week, we provide replacement bed linen and towels.

Do not place metal objects in the microwave and use the cover if necessary.

When leaving the building, switch off the electrical appliances as well as the electricity, close the windows, lock the door and always carry the key with you.

If you lose your key, we will charge you EUR 50.

The apartment can be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

We welcome our guests personally. At departure we collect the keys personally upon request. If we can't be present in personal, the keys will be placed in a key safe. The code for the safe will be sent before arrival.

On the day of departure, you must leave the apartment by 10:00 at the latest.

If you leave the accommodation before the end of the pre-booked period, we will not be able to reduce or refund the accommodation fee.

When you leave the apartment on the day of departure, make sure you close the doors and put the key in the mailbox.

If an discrepancy or damage is detected during the inventory check, the value of the missing or damaged assets will be debited to your account.

No other guests are allowed.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

It is forbidden to engage in any legal or illegal business-like activities in the apartment.

Please use the equipment as intended.

The furnishings and equipment of the rooms, including towels, blankets and bed linen, must not be taken out of the house.

If it is necessary to empty the trash during your stay, this can be done in the trash of the condominium. Do not use the trash can labeled “kozmetika”.

Due to selective waste collection, PET bottles, soft drinks, milk cans and paper waste can be disposed of in the selective bin.

The location of furniture and other furnishings can only be changed with the knowledge and consent of the owner!

You can stay in the apartment at your own risk.

The owner is not responsible for securities, cash or other valuables held by the guest or stored in his apartment. We are not responsible for personal items left in the rooms.

Please note that the owner is not in a position to take responsibility and pay compensation for damages or accidents resulting from events beyond his / her own fault (eg natural disaster, hail, fire, power failure, etc.).

If you have any problems with the apartment or room during your stay, please inform the owner immediately. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints.

The owners have the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not follow the policy if he breaks the peace of the house.

By entering the login details, the Guest accepts the policy.

Cancellation policy

1./ at the time of booking, 50% of the accommodation fee must be paid by bank transfer.

2./ the remaining 50% of the accommodation fee must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival, also by bank transfer, which, in case of cancellation, will be refunded until the 7th day before arrival.

3./ helyszínen, kulcsátadáskor, készpénzben fizetendő az IFA.

In case of cancellation, the amount corresponding to the above cancellation conditions will be refunded immediately.

In case of bookings finalized with the booking, the apartment will be locked for the guest for the period specified in the booking, it will not be made available to other interested parties. The accommodation fee must always be paid for the entire booked period. In case of later arrival or early departure within the finalized period of the reservation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
